Vendor-Ready Design Preparation
  • Generate complete and accurate Gerber, drill, ODB++, and IPC-2581 files
  • Create comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM), pick & place, and assembly drawings
  • Define stack-up, impedance, and material requirements per vendor specs
Fabrication & Assembly Coordination
  • Review vendor capabilities and DFM constraints (trace width, spacing, hole sizes, etc.)
  • Adjust designs to meet panelization, soldermask, and silkscreen rules
  • Coordinate with vendor for stack-up finalization, blind/buried via structures, etc.
Vendor Communication & Validation

  • Validate manufacturing output files (CAM check, netlist verification, impedance reports)

  • Add test points, fiducials, and tooling holes
  • Apply standards like IPC Class II/III, RoHS, and UL compliance where required
